The Peterborough School celebrated today as students continued their unbeatable 100% pass rate at A Level for the sixth successive year.
This hugely impressive statistic included just over 80% of all the grades being at A*-C.
Top performances came from Pooja Seta with three As and a B, who will now take up her place to do Medicine at Queen Mary’s University in London, and Bethany Cameron who, with A*, A, B, is expected to study Dental Surgery at Leeds University.
Several students opted to take the much talked about Extended Project Qualification, which is used to enhance University applications by students demonstrating a range of valuable skills by pursuing their own interests and submitting a dissertation or equivalent. Results for this were exceptional, with 83% gaining A* or A grades.
Headmaster, Adrian Meadows, is very pleased with another year of passes across the board: “We are celebrating some excellent individual results but I am particularly delighted that the 100% pass rate has been maintained. Having had all of the examinations passed across six years is a huge achievement and I congratulate all of the hard working students and staff”.
